Dulse is to the British Isles what Nori is to Japan, a nutritious seaweed with a gorgeous colour and a rich smoky taste.

Dulse is available on the Atlantic Coast of both Europe & North America. It's been used for centuries for its nutritional & medicinal properties and it is now making a return. Try this recipe for Dulse chips, dead easy and just yummy!

INGREDIENTS:seaweed-superfood-surprisingly-tastes-like-bacon-w1456-400x

coconut oil
good handful of dried Dulse Leaves

METHOD:

Separate the Dulse leaves until you have a single layer.
Put a teaspoon of coconut oil into a frying pan and heat until melted, add the Dulse leaves and cook for about 1 minute until crispy.
