Steamed broccoli with macadamia oil & Lemon Kelp Seasoning
Lemon Kelp is a great alternative to salt on fresh produce like this. Kelp has a naturally salty taste with less sodium than salt & more of the other essential minerals we need, and of course it is the best source of iodine in nature!
fresh green vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, beans, etc)
oil (olive, macadamia, almond, avocado, etc)
Lemon Kelp seasoning
Blanche or steam the vegetables leaving them ‘al dente’ and bright green. Cool them down quickly with cold water to stop the cooking. On a serving plate drizzle them with the oil of your choice and sprinkle with Lemon Kelp.
