Terms & Conditions of Use
This is to explain the terms and conditions governing all purchases made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the internet, telephone/fax or post.
CUSTOMERS AND ACCOUNTS
Anyone ordering products for delivery acknowledges that they have reviewed the contents of their order and verified that it is acceptable and approved for import into the country of delivery; it is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with such restrictions. The buyer, solely, accepts the full risk of any items or package being detained by customs for whatever reason.
PRICING
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Pacific Harvest. You will be charged in New Zealand dollars for your purchases.
SHIPPING
Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order. We can send your order to virtually any country in the world. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the weight of the total order. All our items will be professionally packed for safe delivery. We normally ship our products within three business days unless specified otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within that timeframe, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date. In the case of international orders, any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities in the country of destination, are at the buyer’s costs.
ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
PAYMENT
Payment options are VISA, MasterCard, Money Order, Cheque, Direct Credit (NZ residents only). Credit card accounts will be billed when the order is being prepared. Cheques can be personal or Bank Draft, and are to be made payable to: Pacific Harvest, in NZ currency. Please post to: PO Box 300138, Albany, Auckland 0752, New Zealand. All cheques will be required to be cleared by the bank before the goods can be dispatched. For overseas orders, this may take 10-15 days.
RETURN POLICY
If an items/order is received and it is damaged or faulty, we must be advised immediately. Please e-mail details of your claim to sales@pacificharvest.co.nz. The following options will then be made available: 1. Replacement: if a replacement is required, it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge 2. Credit: if a credit is required, the appropriate account will be credited to the amount of the transaction, in NZ currency. 3. Refund: if a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment method. Note: Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted.
LICENSE & SITE ACCESS
Access to the Pacific Harvest website is granted only for the purpose of accessing the services provided. Under no circumstances may any individual alter any part of the website. No part of this website may be reproduced for any reason, nor may any parts of the site be displayed anywhere apart from pacificharvest.co.nz unless written permission has been granted by Pacific Harvest, including logos, trademarks or registrations. You are granted access to this site under the condition that you will not interfere, or attempt to interfere with any of the content.
PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting your privacy and this statement summarizes what personal details we may collect from you before, during or after you use our site and what we will do with them. When you contact us, we will use your email address for the purposes of administering your query or order and responding to you. We will not publish your personal information and will not supply your personally identifying information to other companies or individuals. We may, with your permission, send you information about our company and our products and services.
SECURITY
Our site is currently not set up with a shopping cart. You may still use the internet to send your credit card information in a secure way: You must send the details split over three separate e-mails to us. 1st email: please tell us the type of card (VISA or MasterCard), name, and delivery address details along with the list of items you want to purchase. 2nd email: the name on the card and expiry date (month/year) 3rd email: the card number only
