In the West, sea vegetables are not widely accepted as a food. Although the recent popularity of Asian food in Western countries has changed that a bit, still for many, seaweed is something that doesn't belong to our daily fare - it is something that goes better with Oriental dishes.

....We, at Pacific Harvest, are out to prove that this is false.

Our goal is to offer a range of attractive sea vegetable products to cater to the nutritional and culinary needs of health conscious and gourmets alike. We help people re-discover the benefits and uses of this ancient food so they can integrate it in their diet for their enjoyment and well being.
