A simple snack to make at home for a night in front of the TV with a desire to munch on something. No guilt and no regrets as this popcorn boast many very healthy ingredients!


½ bag Popcorn grains
1 tbsp coconut oil (or butter)
½ tsp Dulse Flakes
Pinch of chilli powder or paprika
1 tbsp Spirulina Powder


Warm the coconut oil, add the grains and shake in a covered pot over medium heat until the grains pop.
Mix the condiments together and add some or all the seasoning to the warm popped corn. Shake vigorously so that the popcorn is evenly covered. Enjoy!
