If an item/order is received damaged, we must be advised immediately. Please e-mail details of your claim to [email protected].  The following options will then be made available:

  1. Replacement: if a replacement is required, it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge
  2. Credit: if a credit is required, the appropriate account will be credited to the amount of the transaction, in NZ currency.
  3. Refund: if a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment method.
